This post is really relevant, considering how we are all bombarded with information about H1N1. I really appreciate the fact that you chose to write about it so that it helps all of us to be more aware about the solutions.

Doctors say that there are no specific symptoms to indicate this condition. Cold, fever, cough and vomiting are the basic symptoms so parents of kids are rushing to hospitals in panic all round the country.

Wearing a three layered cloth mask or paper disposable mask is recommended for those who work in domains that involve interacting with a lot of people. This applies to those who travel too. Those who opt for cloth mask need to wash it in hot water every night before they use it the next day. Paper disposable masks are used by doctors, nurses and hospital staff on a daily basis but they are quite expensive.

Another 'media' reported problem is that those who have undergone the Tamiflu course once cannot take the course if they suffer H1N1 a second time because the chances of recovery are nil. TOI (Delhi edn) reports that H1N1 is likely to hit Delhi worst during the '09 winter.

I hope we can all learn to be strong and come out of it, in a way that our friends, colleagues and loved ones are safe.
