Sometime when I am alone I think,
I just hope the thread of friendship we share may never shrink.

When I am somber you make me smile,
You give me the strength to go ahead mile & mile.

When I was all alone in middle of strife,
Like an angel you came into my life.

Never seen you in somatic know you through internet,
But it doesn’t make a difference because it was destined & all set.

Your heart is pure as a drop of dew,
In this world people like you are very few.

A site of your innocent and lively smile,
can make a glum soul happy for a while.

In the crimson sky you are like a bright twinkling star,
You are so near yet so far.

You are so helpful you helped me for my G.D and interviews,
gave me tips that were so incredible and new.

You are popular among your friends,
Because of your sweet nature and helping hand which you are always ready to lend.

Your face is so cute, innocent and minus any pride,
You can cook & sing that shows your personality so vivid & wide.

The virtue of your nature cannot be measured in ell,
The happiness true friends bring nobody can buy or sell.

You are a friend, who can turn hell into an Elysium,
You are a friend who can bring light into darkness just like radium.

You are shy and elocutionist at the same time,
Never herd you singing but I am sure your voice must be quite like the sweet sound of chime.

I just hope our friendship last till eternity and never ever intercept,
But there is one fact hard to accept.

I am in north and you dwell in west,
But friendship goes through hard times and has to give test

Never met a person so poised like you,
It may sound clichéd, but people like you are few.

Seen you in your scenic snapshot,
Your sweet smile matches with your sweet nature a lot.

I am obliged to god he made you my friend,
I had lost my faith in friendship, but you helped to restore it back and mend.

Your warm and friendly nature is essence of your personality,
Now that you have become such a dear friend I want to see and meet you in reality.

You are so unique and different from rest of the crowd,
Like bright sun in sky full of dark cloud.

You’re so understanding and decent,
never met some one so sweet like you in past and recent.

Excuse me, if in past and future I commit any mistake,
For nothing could I put our friendship at stake.

I truly adore our friendship and hope it ends never,
It continues till eternity and last for ever.

Please don’t change and always be the way you are,
because a friend so nice and priceless is very rare.

People so serene and selfless are really few,
May you get all the success and happiness in world I pray for you.

If you have never been unwell in the last 15 years this article might not be very useful for you. In case you find a little better state of health can help you live more of your life every day – try one or more of the options below:

Eat Less
We often eat much more than we need to. Someone recently told me that the physical size of our stomach is not much bigger than the space that we can create between our palms (when bloated in a Namaste shape). Eating a bigger volume than that is just overloading the system and giving it more stuff than it needs to live healthy. This brings in the overhead of processing a lot of food that the body does not need – wasted energy which could have been used in playing a game we love or putting in that additional hour into work that was needed to meet  that deadline! I suppose when one starts over eating the body thinks that you are headed into a famine and starts storing food. But when the food is stored for years and no famine happens then it begins to rot like wheat which has lived too long in storage without being used! The stored food starts floating around in the blood looking for a consumer and since there are no takers for it, starts choking from arteries to organs!
Ignore the gore above and take the crux of the message – eat as much as you will burn today!

Sleep Less
Popular myth says sleep eight hours for a healthy life. If you sleep for eight or more hours everyday – try this simple test. Observe how fresh you feel ten minutes after six hours of ‘good’ sleep and compare it to the moment ten minutes after the eight hour sleep. Most people have found that after the eight hour sleep the body actually needs to ‘recuperate’ from the sleeping – some parts of the body like neck and back feel a little stiffer after the marathon and a general feel of fatigue and laziness lingers for a while before you are ready for action again. In comparison the moment ten minutes after the six hour sleep is often ready for action already! The more important thing here is the quality of sleep. When you keep yourself ‘mildly’ under-slept on occasions (maybe once or twice a week) the quality of sleep that you get everyday keeps improving. Most of the very successful people were awake for eighteen to twenty hours a day and doing things that they really wanted to do (instead of sleeping in preparation for doing them the next day!)

Do More
Find all the things that you really want to do and do them a lot. After all good health’s only use is giving you the opportunity to do more of what you really want to do! One of the things that helps one do more is to not play the ‘OR’ game too early in the decision making cycle. Instead of saying that if I do this then I will be able to do lesser of that try to see if you can do lot of this ‘AND’ a lot of that. An example in this could be the Work/Play balance. Don’t get into OR too early there – work hard and party harder!

Smile More
Very essential daily activity that we keep forgetting to perform at the right frequency – Smiling. Look at the days when you really stretched yourself to meet a target and managed to smile through it – days like those were probably a greater joy than the best vacation (especially if you spent the vacation worrying about a problem that you were not even solving at that moment!) Here again one can achieve two levels – level one is where you are able to smile through the ups and downs of life – level two is when you can make the others smile!

Some couple of days ago i was thinking about me that am i a Successful person & enjoying my life and so on ……? and also started to think about my friends, brother and my close relatives. after some time i found completely sink in sea of this type question. In finally I reached on a result . I shall disclose it later.

In this world every one has a target, try to get it, get success and then decide next target ,try to get it and get success and then next….Is this truth of the life ? Ask yourself. Most of us have their eye on their target mile stone but neglect the greenery in the way of life. This greenery is nothing every one is familiar with it. It is enjoyment. In the race of acquisitions, most of us have forgotten enjoying the life.

Question is simple. How much of acquisitions and achievements’ does a common man enjoy in his life?

Now next question is that what is enjoyment ? For example. One person A who is returning to home from his work place by his luxury van and other hand one person B who is in crowded bus. Who is most enjoying his life A or B ? In my opinions it goes to 50-50 . any one of A & B may be more happy. I think that Enjoyment is only state of mind or feeling such as contentment, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy.

How to make a balanced life between our achievement and enjoyment? Work-Life Balance does not mean an equal balance. Trying to schedule an equal number of hours for each of your various work and personal activities is usually unrewarding and unrealistic. Life is and should be more fluid than that. However, at the core of an effective work-life balance definition are two key everyday concepts that are relevant to each of us. They are daily Achievement and Enjoyment, ideas almost deceptive in their simplicity.

keep smiling & be happy.
